LocalStrong runs on three lanes — Build Your Brand, FastTrack Leads, and Platform — locked into one sequence. This page is the high-level map, then a full drill-down into Sales, the system Jaime is joining first.
Concrete Marketing Agency — the retainer agency offer. Lock this in first.
In progress — closer hiredRank & Rent sites — owned lead-gen rented to contractors.
Next, after BYB is lockedExpand the playbook beyond concrete once 1 & 2 are running clean.
SomedayEvery project attaches to one of these — nothing floats free. Today, one of them is fully built out. The rest are the build list.
The other 11 systems are the actual Business OS project — captured on Next, gated on this closer hire, which just cleared. This page deliberately stays inside Sales (05) so it's ready for Monday; the rest gets built after.
Straight from the signed offer letter, dated 2026-08-27.
Nobody buys a tool. They buy leads, calls, closed jobs, or cash flow — every line below gets pitched as the result, never the feature.
| Component | What it actually sells |
|---|---|
| Concrete Marketing Agency GBP, website, AI SEO, backlinks | More visibility in local search — leads that weren't finding the business before |
| Service Greeter AI answering machine | Every call answered, day or night — jobs saved from slow follow-up |
| ConcreteVisualizer | Homeowner sees the finished driveway or patio before committing — higher close rate on estimates already sent |
| Paid Ads | Lead volume today, while SEO is still compounding in the background |
Once a contractor has all four running, pulling any one out breaks something they can point to — a much harder conversation for them to have with themselves than cancelling a plain retainer. You don't sell all four on day one: CMA is the door-opener, the Visualizer is the free bonus that gets a yes, Service Greeter and ads are the warm upsell once they're already a client.
Corrected 2026-08-28 against the actual tier spec (Concrete-Centric-Productized-Offers.md), which matches the real client-facing pricing sheet. Your comp table below uses round $300/$500/$1,000 for the commission math — the real invoiced prices are $299/$499/$999, a rounding difference only, not a second pricing structure.
| Foundation | Growth | Dominate | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $299/mo | $499/mo | $999/mo |
| Website + AI SEO + backlinks | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Service-area pages | Home area only | Every area served | Every area served |
| ConcreteVisualizer | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| Social posting | — | ✓ | ✓ |
| AI Receptionist + Chatbot | +$99/mo add-on | +$99/mo add-on | ✓ included |
| Booking / email / pipeline (GHL) | — | — | ✓ included |
| GBP posting / review response | 1x/mo · 1x/mo | 2x/mo · 1x/wk | 1x/wk · daily |
| Ads management | — | Separate invoice | Separate invoice |
All three are the same product at three depths, not different products — Foundation proves the fundamentals work, Growth turns on the visualizer and expands area coverage, Dominate makes AI Receptionist and the full GHL suite permanent. Setup fee: one month's price, waivable at your discretion (e.g. $299 for a Foundation signup) — don't promise "no setup fee" on a call, that's not accurate. Ads management is never bundled into the monthly price, on any tier — it's its own invoice (see the full Offers catalog for the current rate). Growth is still the most common signup and the example used throughout your comp table below.
If a prospect is being brought on now: "You're one of the next 10 we're bringing on, so you get the visualizer built in at no extra cost — normally that's a $250/mo add-on. In exchange, we ask for a review, a testimonial once you see results, and a referral if you know another contractor who needs this." Never phrase it as a discount because the offer is unproven — phrase it as an invitation into the cohort that builds the case studies.
"You're doing $[X] a year. Average job is $[Y]. If slow follow-up costs you even 2 jobs a month, that's $[2Y]/month sitting on the table — Service Greeter answers every call so that stops happening."
"You pay $[price]/month. One extra $[Y] job covers it for the next several months. Everything after that is margin." — always swap in the prospect's real numbers, never LocalStrong's.
The SDR runs a two-call sequence with every contact — this already happened before a lead lands on you:
Floor rule: call within 15 minutes of that yes. This is the single biggest lever right now, not a nice-to-have — reference the SDR by name and re-establish context fast, before the prospect has to ask "wait, who is this again?"
"Hey, I know you spoke with [SDR name] a few days ago — she mentioned you might be able to take on more leads, so I wanted to follow up."
Then qualify for real:
"Are you more interested in building out your own brand — your own website, your own online presence — or would you rather just have leads coming in without worrying about the brand side?"
Your scope right now is the Build Your Brand branch below — the FTL branch exists in the full script for later, once your lane expands.
"You don't need more hustle. You need a system that runs while you're on the job."
Present Concrete Marketing Agency — GBP, website, AI SEO, automations, backlink building. Real terms if it comes up: month-to-month, 30-day notice to cancel, no lock-in to defend.
"Been burned by an agency before."
Ask what specifically went wrong — no results, no communication, or a locked contract with no accountability — then contrast directly with month-to-month, 30-day notice, no lock-in.
"Bad timing, season's winding down."
"That's actually the best time to start — rankings take a few months, so you're showing up when demand picks back up, not scrambling to catch up."
"Price."
"One job you land from this covers months of it."
"Need to think about it."
Don't fight it — but lock a specific follow-up day/time before ending the call. Never leave it open-ended.
Flagged 2026-08-02 in the Sales Tip Library for a script update — never actually applied to Script B. Worth having in your back pocket regardless:
"I need to talk to my business partner."
If this comes up at the close, it's usually a stall. "Before you talk to them, let me make sure I've answered everything — is there anything they're going to ask that I haven't addressed?" forces the real objection out.
"Can you just send me more info?"
Never send info without locking a specific follow-up time first — an open-ended info request is how a deal goes cold.
Direct ask. Move to onboarding the same call if it's a yes.
